About us

Our company was born in 1996 and today in our state-of-the-art production facility we produce more than 2 million pieces with the highest quality standard. All the production phases are undertaken in-company and we take care of our Italian and foreign customers with expertise and passion. Currently we develop our business on a logistic surface of 12.000 SQM in 5 High-Tech Manufacturing areas (Planning, Technology of materials, Turnery, Finishes, Assembly, Testing and Logistics).

Planning

Our technicians work very closely with the Client from the feasibility study and 3D mechanical prototyping phase until the projects engineering: from the single product to the series we’re able to solve all problems related to production process technology.

Turnery

GIAMI’s turnery department uses modern CNC control lathes, transfer machines and 5 axis machining centers which always develop maximum efficiency and precision through the assistance of robots for the continuous manufacture.

Logistics

To ensure continuity in production securing flexibility in sourcing material, we provide our customers with an integrated and efficient storage system and logistics.

Technology of Materials

Gravity and low pressure die casting, brass bar stamping are some of the material workings carried out by GIAMI on brass, stainless steel, aluminum and plastics.

Additional Services

In addition to constant quality control GIAMI offers further services of polishing, galvanic treatment and painting, assembly and all necessary tests.
